FAQs

  • The short answer: a coffee date.

    We prepare clients by sitting down with them — often over coffee — and reviewing a new buyer packet. We’ll cover the state of the current market, detail each step from your first showing to closing, and provide a checklist to follow. We’ll cover so much that a second coffee may be needed by the end of our time together.

  • Your first action item following our coffee date will be to reach out to a trusted lender. They will be able to provide you guidance on a price range to shop within, as well as begin the pre-approval process for a loan.

    If you already have a preferred lender and have started the conversation — that’s great! We will introduce ourselves to them from the get-go to allow for a smooth transaction.

  • Call or text us! We’ll coordinate a showing and do further research on the property. We’ll provide you with the property disclosure and any other pertinent information we dig up.

  • We’ll prepare all of the required paperwork and walk through it with you. Then, we’ll present your offer to the listing agent on your behalf.

  • We celebrate for a quick second, and then the work begins! We will provide you with a list of next steps specific to your transaction. As your realtor, we will also notify your lender, the title company, and schedule inspections on your behalf.
