Our Process

  • After reaching out about your project, we will conduct a discovery call to learn more about your project and schedule a time to do an on-site visit.

Project Inquiry

  • We will visit your space to understand your goals; we’ll discuss what’s working and what isn’t. At this meeting we will establish a broad budget range for your project, as well as execute a Design Agreement should you be ready to move forward.

Initial Site Visit

  • You will review an initial project design and refined budget range for your project. Included is a 3D video walk through, technical floor plans, and renderings of your new space. To continue in planning, we will execute a Letter of Intent.

  • We will work hand-in-hand with you to select high-quality finishes from plumbing and light fixtures, to tile, cabinets, and flooring. Once all selections are approved and our trusted subcontractors have visited your space, we will prepare a final budget for review.

Selection + Subcontractor Meetings

  • Prior to starting construction, we will do a final review of your entire project; including, the final estimate, construction schedule, and final design. All details will be captured in a Construction Contract.

Final Review of Project

  • Your project will begin according to the schedule, and we will keep you informed on progress every step of the way.

Project Execution

  • Once the project has been completed, we will have a celebratory toast and leave you to enjoy your newly finished space.

Project Completion

We specialize in kitchen, bath, and basement remodels. We also take on larger projects such as home additions and basement finishes.
